Nilah Labs is committed to the safe, discreet, and timely despatch of all research compounds to legitimate researchers across the United Kingdom.
Delivery Area
We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses only.
Additional charges or extended delivery times may apply to the following regions:
- Channel Islands
- Isle of Wight
- Isle of Man
- Isles of Scilly
- Scottish Highlands and Islands
- Northern Ireland
If your address falls within one of these regions, please contact us at support@nilahlabs.co.uk prior to ordering for a delivery quote.
International Shipping
We do not currently ship outside the United Kingdom. This is due to the complex and varying regulatory frameworks governing research compounds across different jurisdictions. We cannot guarantee compliance with import regulations in other countries.
Delivery Costs
Free delivery on all orders.
No hidden fees — all charges are displayed clearly at checkout before payment.
Order Processing
Processing Time: Orders placed before 3pm GMT, Monday to Friday, are processed the same day. All orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
Order Cut-Off Time: 3pm GMT on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
Orders placed after 3pm, or on weekends or UK public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Service
Carrier: Royal Mail Tracked 24
Estimated Delivery: Next working day aim from despatch, subject to Royal Mail performance.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, adverse weather, or other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee next-day delivery.
Packaging & Discretion
All orders are despatched in plain, unbranded outer packaging. No product names, descriptions, or Nilah Labs branding appear on the outside of any parcel. Products are packaged appropriately to maintain integrity during transit.
Order Tracking
A Royal Mail Tracked 24 tracking number will be sent to your registered email address upon despatch. Track your parcel at royalmail.com. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive the despatch notification within the expected timeframe.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged, or if your tracking indicates delivery but you have not received your parcel, please contact us at support@nilahlabs.co.uk within 5 calendar days of the expected delivery date, including photographic evidence where applicable.
